You’ll have access to a plethora of stunning backdrops to your special day in the 4 acres of accessible grounds with pasture and orchards all surrounded by traditional Cornish hedges. On warmer days, you can enjoy your ceremony in the grounds and say your 'I do's' surrounded by wildflowers under the arbour. The granite threshing barn provides an atmospheric and alluring alternative. Your reception can be held outside in the charming courtyard or in the threshing barn where a dance floor, bar and seating can be set up for your wedding celebrations.

Remote and unspoilt, yet easily accessible
Knightor is located just above St. Austell Bay in mid Cornwall. Less than an hour from Plymouth and easily accessed from the A30 and A390 by car. For couples and guests taking public transport, it’s a 10-minute drive from St. Austell (London mainline station), and less than 40 mins drive from Newquay Airport. Once you and your guests are here, you’re within walking distance to the Eden Project, a short drive from the picturesque seaside towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Carlyon Bay and just 30 minutes from Padstow on the North coast.
Elopements and Intimate Weddings at Knightor Winery
Imagine a quiet relaxed wedding ceremony for just the two of you, or surrounded just by your very nearest and dearest, saying your 'I do's' surrounded by wildflowers under arbour; enjoying a glass of elegant and crisp Cornish sparkling wine after your ceremony; and, spending time exploring the venue capturing your perfect photographs. Alternatively, the threshing barn with its high beamed ceilings, Cornish slate floors and exposed rustic stone walls provides a very special place to exchange your vows.

Don’t worry! If you feel you’d prefer a slightly larger gathering, flexibility and exclusivity come as part of the package if your dream wedding includes more people.
With the same choices as before: indoor ceremony in the characterful vaulted ceiling, slate floored threshing barn or an outdoor ceremony under the arbour. Follow this with courtyard or threshing barn dining and the option to continue your party with dancing and a fully licensed bar until 1am.

Exclusive hire from 1hr pre - ceremony (6 hour hire total)
Choose from two beautiful ceremony spaces - the Threshing Barn or Pond & Arbour
Use of any public areas in the venue and grounds for photos pre & post ceremony
Planning and on the day coordination supplied by the venue

If you are interested in a slightly larger style wedding, then these are the costs you will need to consider. All prices include exclusive use of the threshing barn and accommodation for two nights, as Knightor Winery includes accommodation that sleeps up to 14 guests. 12 guests in the Manor House and 2 guests in the Orchard Barn (Bridal Suite).
